Is the book true, in whole or in part?
It is true that emotions can influence and sometimes stops a writer. the book presents some ways to create schedules, and handling time and tasks, to complete the writing work. One of the suggestion is to do the tasks that are a drag to you first, and I find that to be untrue for me. I have to start the day with tasks that bring me joy, confidence, and a sense of accomplishment, before I can muster up enough energy to do something that is dreadful to me.
Why does the author think it is important to know these things?
