Even parents want to be trusted: being a trusting leader at home.

Are you a leader in your home? Are you a trustworthy leader?

To answer that question, we need to define "trust." What qualities make someone trustworthy?

A trustworthy leader is competent. They have the skills to complete tasks, and when they don't know how to do something, they learn and find a way to get it done.

A trustworthy leader has integrity. They mean what they say and say what they mean. They keep their promises.

A trustworthy leader fights for the good of those who follow. They think about what's best for their followers and show care and understanding.

A trustworthy leader takes care of their physical and emotional health. They can't give what they don't have, so they must be healthy to lead others healthily.

So, are you a trustworthy leader? Which area do you need to work on for growth?
